He is the school's captain of the basketball team and an excellent athlete all-round. He remains uninterested in the war against the other schools, even going so far as to publicly support Iron Seraph instead even after Iron Seraph lost the tournament which Ping won.

The enigmatic Rain wanders the city, going from one place to another and makes minor mischief for criminals and villains. Like the weather itself she can be anticipated but never 100% predicted. She wears a raincoat even when it's sunny and fights with an umbrella.
