Combat Stats
Stress: 9
Resistance: 1

Unarmed Strikes: Skill 11 / Damage 3D

Type-2 Phaser: Skill 10 / Damage 5D

Backstory
Captain Hera is an unconventional officer by Starfleet standards. As a child of Betazoid trade negotiators who used their telepathy to get the best possible deals, she quickly learned that secrets are power and that playing fair is a mug's game. Despite an impish sense of humor and a slight ruthless streak, her loyalty to the crew is absolute. Her schemes are to protect them.
Perhaps her most unusual trait is the way she hand-picks her main officers: she ferrets out skilled people's secrets and helps cover them up, in exchange for them transferring to her crew.

Backstory
Vyla is a young firebrand who drinks, laughs, and punches like a klingon. She seems a bit untempered for her role but so far has performed it well and she's wildly popular with the crew - the fact that Orion females can release pheromones which can enthrall the males of most species might also have something to do with that.

Attributes Disciplines Focuses

Daring 9 Conn 2 Emergency response protocols
Fitness 8 Security 1 Surgery
Insight 8 Engineering 2 Xenobiology
Presence 8 Science 3

The Mark IV EMH has full range of the Hyperion, thanks to holo-emitters spread out all over the ship. It can exist in three separate instances at once, provided they are not all within the same area of the ship as that could overload the local pattern buffer. Each crewmember can separately assign their own preferred parameters for the EMH from a vast pre-selected library, giving it all sorts of possible appearances, voices, and mannerisms. The computer scans the situation prior to materializing the hologram and selects the most appropriate form according to present crew and detected situation. (Caitian nurse is by far the most preferred appearance amongst the crew.)
