This gang of bikers claims to have descended from a noble Mongolian lineage. As such they consider themselves foreign invaders, unbound by local laws and customs, and they will take whatever they want as spoils of war. Naturally they are immensely unpopular and are a high priority of the Heaven Sword Clan. But they are strong and mobile so they manage to conduct quick lightning raids into the northern district with minimal risk to themselves.
The enigmatic leader of the Wolves is a large list of unknowns. Is he really scion of the great khans? What does he want? How old is he? Who taught him to fight like a master? Nobody knows but his fellow Wolves, and they'd rather die than betray the man they see as their king.
